Terms of Service

By commissioning me and paying the PayPal invoice you are agreeing to my terms of service.
► You agree you are over the age of 18 at the time of commissioning me. If found to be underage, you will be refunded, blacklisted and any progress on your commission will be sold as a YCH.
►I do not consent to my work being used in any kind of AI bot/website etc. If caught doing this you will be blacklisted.
► I may not work through my queue in the order on my Trello. You can ask anytime during the commission process for an update
► I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission at anytime. If your commission is cancelled by me you will receive a full refund.
► I do not start work on commissions until payment is paid in full unless agreed prior.
► Time-frame for the commission to be completed in with be discussed prior to payment. If not completed within that time frame, the client is entitled to a partial refund if they wish to cancel the commission.
► If the client requires the commission by a deadline within one month, this needs to be discussed beforehand and may incur an additional charge.
► If the client does not want the piece posted anywhere and kept private for any reason this needs to be discussed beforehand. May incur an additional charge.
► If a client wants a commission taken down for any reason there is a fee of 10-20% of the commission to have this removed from all my galleries and channels.
► During the sketch phase, any and all edits are free of charge. Once the client has accepted the sketch, any requests for edits may be charged on a case by case basis.
► It is the clients responsibility to bring to my attention anything that requires changing at any point during the commission or you may incur an additional charge.
► If the client requests a chargeback through PayPal at any point during or after the commission is completed, I reserve the right to sell the commission as a YCH - regardless of whether it's completed or not and your characters may or may not be used. You will also be blacklisted permanently if this is done without warning/discussion.
► I reserve the right to post, redistribute and use any and all commissions for any purpose.
Refunds
100% refund: no work has been started on it / I cancel the commission.
75% refund: Sketch phase or early phases of line-art .
50%: Near-completion. Commission will then be sold as a YCH - your characters may or may not be used.
If a refund is requested due to "changing your mind" you will be blacklisted for 2 months. Artists are not a bank.

Prices

I offer a sketchy finish or a clean finish for most commission types.
Sketchy has rough lines, colours and shading. Clean finish has neat lines, colours and shading.
